Theresa started at School Populo as an English tutor at the then newly opened branch. In February 2016, however, she received an offer to work also at the reception, which she immediately accepted. She soon discovered that management activity attracted her more than teaching. The desire to constantly organize and systematize something simply runs her blood. She loves change and hates doing nothing, which is reflected not only at work but also in her free time. That’s why she is glad she learned to relax on weekends and devotes herself only to her family. She enjoys planning bike trips, holidays, celebrations. In short, anything she can look forward to doing with others. School Populo gave her the job she always wanted to have but couldn’t name it.
Margaret does not hide her cordial smiles. It's a pleasure to listen to the pleasant style she uses when communicating with clients both in-person and over the phone. She is studying Chinese and is preparing herself for a Ph.D. study. She finds Chinese an absolute swim. She likes to listen to rock very loudly and adores physical activity. She prefers to be in good company with her loved ones. Culture, fun, and good food – that’s a great ground for long-term satisfaction.
What Adele enjoys most about this job is that she often doesn’t feel like she is at work. In Populo, she found a great team, diverse work, and most importantly, there are a lot of restaurants near her, to which she often attracts her collaborators to join in. In this way, she usually recharges her batteries and then notices all the details that others could have missed. In addition, her female colleagues always appreciate that she is something like a “handyman”, who will help with all non-working technology. Along with the work, she also manages to attend lectures and seminars at the university, where she is completing her master’s. To take a break from office work, she goes hiking in the mountains for a few days with a group of friends or reads a book – Nordic crime is her preference.
Barbara often practices her beloved yoga. As a true bookworm, she admires the immense numbers of bookstores and antiquarian bookshops, where she likes to relax and completely loses track of time. She loves to spend her free days traveling to her hometown to visit her family (and animals), writing her own texts, and, of course, reading. She, therefore, dreams of one large room where she would store all her favourite pieces. Many people are surprised that she studied at a school in Denmark, where she regularly travelled during her exam period and where she also lived for over half a year. As a result, she has made many international friends with whom she spends time online (or in their home countries) and enjoys the English language. Colleagues claim that she has an OCD disorder, but only because she is obsessed with organizing things, which she uses well in Populo.

She takes starting this position as a new challenge and an opportunity to move a bit further in her professional life. She has dedicated her life to working with children. It is not only her profession but also a hobby. This is one of the reasons why tutoring remains in parallel with the new position. She is convinced that thanks to their immediacy and a different view of the world, children have so much to teach us. She has a degree in Social Pathology and Prevention, which she chose years ago as she likes to help people and she listens to their life stories, which always enrich her in a way. In her free time, she devotes herself mainly to her family. She is married, has two unstoppable daughters, a dog that is getting too much to handle, and a cat that punishes them for getting a dog. If she is not trying to resolve a conflict between children or animals, she loves to cook. She can spend several hours in the kitchen preparing food, which the family eat in a few minutes. Her other big hobby is reading. Most of her books focus on psychology, psychotherapy, criminology and detective stories. In essence, her choice reflects the choice of field of study. Sometimes you can find a comedy in her library because laughter is her best friend.
